ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- USA Mobility, Inc. (Nasdaq: USMO), a leading provider of wireless messaging services, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Sprint (NYSE: FON) in which USA Mobility will become a sales agent in the Sprint Partner Program.
Under terms of the agreement, USA Mobility will sell a full portfolio of Sprint wireless devices and solutions within the Sprint Business Solutions channel. The initial focus of USA Mobility's sales effort will be to sell Sprint's wireless voice and data products through USA Mobility's nationwide direct sales force of approximately 450 sales representatives. With sales operations throughout the United States, USA Mobility focuses on the business- to-business marketplace and supplies mobile connectivity solutions to thousands of customers across the country, including a majority of the Fortune 1000 companies. As the nation's leading provider of traditional one-way and advanced two-way paging networks, USA Mobility currently has more than 5 million paging units in service.
